HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FEEL THE EFFECTS AND HOW LONG WILL IT LAST?

Gank drops fast and hits different than your average "gamer drink". It will take approximately 15 minutes for all of Ganks 23 key active ingredients to take effect. Performance will continue to increase for the next 45 minutes and the effects can last upto 4-6hrs depending on your tolerance.

 

HOW DO I MAKE GANK?

Add one scoop or sachet of Gank to 400-500ml of water and shake well, 400-500ml is our recommendation, but we know some customers use more or less.

HOW MUCH CAFFEINE IS IN GANK?

There is 180MG of caffeine in each serving of Gank - Thats about 2 good cups of coffee.

 

HOW MUCH CAFFEINE CAN I HAVE PER DAY?

It is recommend that adults over the age of 18 should not consume more than 400mg of caffeine per day. Gank contains 180mg of caffeine per 7g serving, which means you can safely enjoy up to two servings per day.

 

DOES GANK CONTAIN SWEETNENERS?

Yes, Gank contains sucralose and stevia rebaudiana

 

IS GANK SAFE FOR EVERYONE TO DRINK?

We don’t recommend Gank to anyone under the age of 18 or individuals sensitive to caffeine. Not recommended for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding and anyone who’s been advised to avoid caffeine due to a health condition. Always check the label carefully.
